Single-bedded furnished room to rent in family house in Colden Common.

We are a married couple with daughter at Southampton University who occasionally stays weekends (and for those that suffer from an allergy, we also have a cat).

The room is furnished with: single bed, bedside table with drawers, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk with drawers, chair and TV.

The property has broadband internet and WiFi. There is off-road parking for a small car. It is within 100m of bus stops on the Winchester/Eastleigh bus route (69 and E1). The Community Centre, Co-Op and chinese takeway are close-by and there are three pubs within easy walking distance.

In a good location for IBM Hursley providing you have your own transport. If you need to use public transport, you have to get the E1 bus into Winchester and then the 66 to Hursley - possible but a bit of a performance.

Might also suit student studying at Winchester University, Winchester School of Art, or young professional requiring accommodation while settling into the area.

The room will be available from 10th August 2013.
