Large double room to let in Georgian country house

I have a large bedroom with bathroom to let in a wing of a Georgian house set in the country in a large garden with beautiful views.

winchester is closest but Portsmouth, Fareham, and Southampton are also accessible.

A large, well equipped kitchen and a living room will also be available on a shared basis. I have one lodger and am looking for a second who is happy to share. As owner / occupier I will have my own space but would want to feel comfortable with tenants.

A car is essential but there is plenty of parking and garden would also be available.

Broadband, freesat television in room, washing machine and dryer available.

This is a lovely place for someone who enjoys space and privacy.
