I have a large double room to rent in my beautiful, bright home. The house has all been done up and has a new kitchen, new bathroom with rainfall shower and separate tub, huge South facing garden, big lounge with recliner sofas and 50inch TV (with Netflix and Amazon Prime), conservatory with a breakfast table and chairs, big American fridge/freezer, utility room and ample storage. Brand new washing machine and tumble dryer and lines outside to hang your washing if preferred (weather permitting). The room has new flooring, new curtains, brand new storage bed with memory foam topper, ottoman, nightstand, chest of drawers and wardrobe/cupboard. There is also space for you to put in your own bits.

Great location; walking distance to Q&A Hospital and Cosham station, the High Street, Lakeside, big Tesco, McDonalds, Allaway Avenue shops etc all nearby and buses stop 1 min walk from the house.

The house has superfast Virgin Media broadband (300mbps, unlimited) and all bills are included.

There is a lovely guy renting one other room so in total there will be three of us living in the house, him and I are both in our 30’s. As mentioned, you will have access to a gorgeous South-facing garden with a pond and greenhouse and can make delicious meals in the state-of-the-art kitchen which has 2 ovens, 7 hobs and a grill, Tassimo coffee machine and a microwave. Parking is available and there is also a bike shed in the garden.

I have no preference on male/female and smokers will be considered (smoking outside only) and pet owners will also be considered. I am looking for someone clean and reliable that likes to be able to come home to a calm, clean and friendly environment. 1 month deposit required. Short term considered. Job and housing references required, no DSS.
