one room available in my home, to share with myself and 15 yr old son, both busy with work, school and social commitments, just need to raise my income.
Room has double bed, with drawers underneath for storage. Tall chest of drawers, and built in wardrobe.
House is modern and stylish, large shared lounge, kitchen and family bathroom.

Large garden with storage for bikes, off road parking.
We have adopted two cats.
Like to share cost of basic items such as tea, coffee etc and cleaning materials.
