The room has recently been decorated, including new wall paper, oak flooring, skirting boards, door and double-glazing.

The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside drawer unit, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and large LCD TV mounted on the wall (with Freeview).

There is plentiful storage, including under-bed drawers.

The room is a good size, measuring approximately 2. 85 x 3. 9m.

The housemate will also have the benefit of a communial bath / shower room, lounge / dining room, kitchen and garden.

WIFI is available through-out the house.

I would prefer a professional female tenant.
