The let is on the basis of being a short-term lodger. I am a live in landlady however I am often away in my selfbuilt campervan gigging as a semi professional folk musician and visiting friends and family who are scattered about! Trust and open communication is therefore vital. The house is very much my home base still and I like a social happy household. Personal space and quiet time is still of course respected though!
I renovated the property myself so it's very important to me that it's well looked after. Pets are very welcome, I love having animals in the house but extra hoovering will be required for fur. I'm a passionate environmentalist so recycling and being careful with utilities is also very important to me. I use eco friendly / refill products wherever possible, I am happy to source these for the household and often buy in bulk to save money. I'm mostly vegan and strictly veggie but I'm not preachey or judgemental. Consciencious meat eaters considered.
I am selling the house hence the sort-term listing.
There is free on street parking in the close; it's first come first served but in the 21 months I've lived here myself I've only had to park on the street below 3 times.
The council tax is band B. All bills are separate and will be split per head pro rata for length of stay of course!
