Situated opposite Port Solent, double room to let sharing house with owner. You need to be tidy minded and a non smoker. A good sense of humour is a must. The room is furnished and available immediately. Parking is roadside, the kitchen is equipped with all mod cons dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, etc. I have a clean as you go policy and would expect to share the housework :-) A sociable friendly landlady
