Clean, Tidy Furnished House

this is a clean tidy house with good areas of space. would like any future tennants to feel free to be able to use the whole house they please. good parking facilities including a drive. downstairs in the house there is a kitchen with cooking facilities and equipment, dining room, front room with sofa, stereo & tv. upstairs the bedrooms, toilet, bathroom with bath & shower facilities.
its your choice if you would like to bring your own furnishings, e. g bed, wardrobe, drawers. if you don't have any you want to bring then i have some i can supply for you. i will only supply single beds in each room so if you want a double bed then bring your own!
i'm easy going, freindly & lead a good social life & hobbies.
ideally i would seek tennants who are employed & will respect the house like i do!
