Clean Quiet Double Bedroom based in Cosham

Hello,
Thank you for looking at my advert for the above room in a friendly house share.
This will be available for viewing soon and will be ready for letting from Aug 1st.
Situated on the Hillslopes in East Cosham with North facing views to Fort Widley on Portsdown Hill.
A quiet location with the occasional Air Ambulance, this area is popular with NHS staff because of it's close proximity to the Hospital.
Would also suit a Professional/Mature student.
The house is kept clean to a high standard and I have one pet Cat.
Unfortunately I cannot take on pet dogs but other animals could be discussed.
Smoking is allowed outside or in the Bar/Garage.
I do have Wi-Fi and an Aerial socket is for use in the room.
Outside WC as well as upstairs Bathroom/WC.
There is allocated space in Kitchen cupboards, Fridge/freezer, Garage (Bicycle) also loft for excess kit.
No dishwasher or tumbledryer available, but there is use of a Bar, Piano, Keyboard.
Spare bedding/ Towels are available for use.
Parking permit is £50 per year on produce of a utility statement and proof of ownership.
Key to room door a possible facility if needed, but I like to take-on housemates on trustworthiness.
I work generally 8-5 on weekdays but am not always there, so housemates have a lot of time to themselves there.
So treat the place like your own, as long as you're able to clean up after yourself to enjoy the benefits of a clean, quiet, friendly environment.
