Hiya, I have a double room to rent within a 2 bed flat in Cosham for a female. The flat is available from September and is located close to Cosham train station and QA hospital in Portsmouth.

You would be sharing the flat with a quiet, 27 yr old female who likes shopping, watching films, reading and going to the pub. I work full time and am out most weekends, so there would be plenty of opportunity for having your own space :)

The flat is furnished with all white goods including a tumble dryer and your room contains a large mirrored wardrobe - so plenty of storage, however it can be offered unfurnished if you would prefer.

The rent pcm would be £400 which includes all bills with high speed internet included.
