A large double bedroom and a single for let in Paulsgrove to suit a working professional. Ten minute walk to QA hospital and good motorway transport links.

Property has high-speed internet, a lovely garden, a dishwasher, a tumble dryer, a good library (I'm an English Teacher), two toilets and the room comes furnished. All bills included, though, if preferred, rent could be lowered and bills split.

My son stays with me on weekends, but you would be welcome to have visitors whenever.

I'm a very relaxed person and hope to invite someone who treats the house as they would their own; the quality of the tenant is my main concern.

Smokers are welcome, but no smoking in the house-garden only.
