I am an easy going guy looking for someone to rent my spare room.

I do not have many visitors but am not adverse to you doing so. I do work some shift work but the place is big and noise does not travel much in the apartment.

Dedicated off road parking space.

Full use of ALL house facilities (washing machine, dishwasher, iron, etc)

Cleaner cleans flat weekly.
