Large double room to let in the Cosham area

I have a large double room to let in my flat in Cosham available for around 3 months, currently has a double bed also has a 3 door wardrobe and a 6 draw chest of draws. It's a rolling monthly contract all bills included. A shared living room. There is currently a dog at the property so only message if this isn't a problem. Smoking isn't allowed in the flat but there is a private balcony you can use.
