We all work full time and hold DBS safety clearance certificates through our employers.

Our home consists of:

* Unlimited Broadband and wi-fi

* All bills included - this includes Sky's full TV package with films, sports and boxsets, and NETFLIX in the lounge which you are welcome to use.

Our home has 4 bedrooms over 3 floors and the bedroom next to yours is only used 2-4 nights a week.

*Free on-street parking

*Garden with a shed for bike storage.

The kitchen is fully equipped with:
* Bosch Dishwasher
* Rangemaster cooker
* American style fridge freezer
* Washing machine
* Tumble dryer
* Additional freezer in shed

*Downstairs cloakroom

*Upstairs bathroom with a P shape bath and over head shower

*Sunny garden with patio furniture and sun loungers - currently being updated.

We are situated close to local amenities, walking distance to:
* QA hospital 20-25 minutes
* Lakeside (IBM) 20 minutes
* Cosham train station and High Street 10 minutes
* local shop 1 minute
* local bus stop 1 minute
* Main bus stop to Portsmouth, Havant, Waterlooville 6-8 minutes walk (end of our road)
* M27/A27/A3 easy access from the end of our road.
* local gyms nearby - including Pure Gym, David Lloyd, and Mountbatten Centre

We are quite happy to have a chat with anyone, but we also respect personal space.

We have 2 cats, and some fish.
