Available again due to current lodger needing to move fro new job. Nice clean tidy quiet house share - double bedroom (furnished) with use of living room, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, downstairs toilet and small part lawn, part decked garden. Bus stop outside, 30min walk to either Farnborough rail station. Off road parking spaces but not right outside house. £500 per month all bills included. Wireless broadband & Virgin TV. Warm cosy house. I'm relaxed, friendly, well travelled - my very laid back dog lives with me so well behaved & socialised pets may be possible. Just recently moved back in after 4 years away so house has been redecorated throughout and lots of nice new furniture & kitchen bits & bobs
