House share available in pleasant area of Cove, Fa

One bedroom available in this two bed semi in Farnborough. The rest of the house will be shared. It is an open plan downstairs with a breakfast bar worktop to seat four easily. Plenty of worktop space makes it ideal for someone who enjoys cooking. There is also a large garden with a shed. There is a garage but I currently have items in there so will not be available to use just yet. There is a driveway with room for two cars. The house has been entirely redecorated in the past few weeks, so is looking clean and fresh. We are looking for a female, preferably in her younger years, as we would like to find someone who will be compatible with the other tenant.
