Beautiful house in a very well situated place.

This house is very friendly, warm and comfortable. Generally very clean and the new person should keep it as they would like to find it :). Although the living room isn’t on the add, it may well be if we share similar interests and get on. Botley train station is about one mile away, Hedge end, Southampton and Whitley are very close. Shops are close and within walking distance and there is even a lovely pub with live music close by. I have parking for two and it’s covered by ADT security. A large bedroom and a good size upstairs bathroom. The kitchen is modern and has everything you will need. The garden is a good size for a small group of friends etc. generally the house is very well presented with some nice technology. I have two cats and they are nine negotiable. I’m looking for somebody serious but laid back and a people person. I also travel abroad to race round Europe so somebody trust worthy to keep the house safe while I’m away :). I think this price is very good for what you will get and also what is currently out there…
