Large Double bedroom

Hello, my name is Cara and I’m looking to rent out my spare room.

The room is the master room of the house with a built in wardrobe. I’ve provided furnishings of a double bed and mattress, a shoe rack/shelves and small bedside drawers unit.

The cost of £630 includes exclusive use of a parking space, however if you do not want this (there is lots of street parking) or do not drive, the cost can be reduced to £615 PCM.

There will be a contract to sign, this will state no pets. The contract will additionally state no guests after 9pm.

I’m a social gal and love a glass of wine and trashy tv in the lounge, however I will be very respectful if you prefer your own space.

I’m looking for someone who is generally quite tidy and clean (not Monica from Friends level!) but someone who would be naturally respectful of the environment.

There is lots of local amenities around! Whiteley is a 20/25 minute walk and has lots of shops/restaurants. The village of Botley is a 35/40 minute walk with lots of pubs and a train station. Easy access to the M27 if you drive.

The cost includes bills (council tax band c).

Please note blinds will be fitted prior to the date the room is available.
