Lovely double room available in townhouse

Looking for a house mate for my son in a new townhouse only built in 2025. Double bedroom with view over rear garden. On street parking at surrounding roads. Bus stop over the road and only a 20 minute walk into Whiteley Shopping Centre. Only those working full time need apply. Room is advertised as unfurnished although there is a small double bed and chest of drawers in the room. Next to the bedroom is a bathroom with a shower. Everything is fresh & new. Only taking in one house mate as other spare room is occasionally used for friends or family. Council tax is band D. All bills are to be split in half. I’m looking for a person that will keep the house in good condition and respect it and help maintain the garden etc.
