All bills included. Property is fully furnished to a very high standard and has always been lived in by people who take a joint responsibility for the cleanliness of the house. Any new tenants will be expected to do the same. There is also a family bathroom in addition to the en-suite shower. Smoking at the house is ok, but outside only.
