I am a yoga teacher and looking for a like minded, respectable, responsible professional person to share my friendly home with. It is a contemporary detached four bedroomed property in a quiet residential area. It is well maintained, beautifully decorated, clean bright and warm.

By car, I am approximately 15 minutes to Queen Alexandra Hospital, IBM North Harbour and the M27 West towards Whitley and Southampton or East towards Chichester.

My children are grown up themselves now with their own families and finding myself on my own recently, it seems sensible to rent one of my bedrooms.

The bedroom I am renting out is a large double room fully furnished. It has a double bed, wash basin (vanity unit), double wardrobe, matching chest of drawers and chair.

You would have shared use of the Kitchen, Utility (washing machine), TV room, Living Room, Dining Room, Garden and large driveway for parking.

The family bathroom would be for your own use most of the time as I have an en-suite in my bedroom. I occasionally have family to stay so it would be shared then.

WIFI is included.

The back garden is pretty with seating areas on the patio and also the lawn area.
