If you are looking for a house in a nice safe & local area- this is it. Local co-op 400m away, with the property situated to the east of the main train line to London, 1/2 a mile up from warblington train station. Just a little over a mile to Havant train station. Likewise- the a27 is a similar distance away with easy access up to the a3. Location wise- very handy!

Whole house has been recently decorated and is kept in a clean and tidy manner. I would expect the same from the lucky person that gets to live with myself as a live in land lord. My partying days are well over so would probably suit a person of a similar rock n roll life style. No children - sorry.

Parking is available, full use of kitchen, shared bathroom and lounge / dining room area.
Would be nice to find someone I get on with as opposed to passing ships in the house.
