En-suite double bedroom, furnished + parking

En-suite double bedroom (live-in landlord, female)
Professionals only please.
Female occupier is my preference, but I would consider male, would consider contractors / Monday-Friday.
• En-suite bathroom with shower & bath
• Fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, drawers and bed has storage drawers underneath. (Bedding provided if needed)
• Utility bills all included (gas, water, electricity, WiFi fibre broadband)
• House: 2 bed mid-terrace house with garden, conservatory. Recently fully refurbished house
• Parking space for 1 car at front of house
• Location: a quiet close in Dibden with good neighbours. Tesco and new forest a short walk, local bus stops also nearby. Hythe is walkable or a 5 minute drive. Ideal for ExxonMobil, Southampton or New Forest
• Use of living room if you’d like to (respecting each others space), equally understand if you prefer your own space.
• Non-smoking
• About me: I work Monday - Friday and get up early (5:30am - 6am ) so I’m looking for someone who also has a similar working pattern to me. I don’t drink much only on a weekend, and not on weekday evenings, I go to the gym often after work so get home between 7pm - 8:30pm and go to bed 10pm weeknights. (I appreciate this all sounds quite boring but I promise I am friendly and enjoy life)
I live on my own most of the time but have an occasional visiting boyfriend/partner.
I have been a lodger before myself so am understanding but I feel it’s fair let you know my preferences upfront on this advert and decision would be based on meeting in person.
