Double Room in Family Home

Re-advertised due to being let down. We have a double room available with good sized ensuite. The room is furnished and has a television. All bills included and we are on superfast broadband. This is a quiet home so looking for someone of a similar nature. Sorry but no homeworkers. Full time employed people only need apply and strictly no couples, the room is for single occupancy only. There are full cooking facilities and washing machine but no tumble dryer although there are washing lines available to use. We are 5 minutes drive away from QA Hospital and there is off road parking available.
