Professional person wanted. Beautiful 4 bed house near to motorway networks, bus routes into Southsea and near to QA hospital. Very clean and tidy although colourful and quirky. Shower room. Furnished. Happy home. Parking. Near to a few shops and parks.

I have my own business so work from home. I also craft and am an expressive creative person. Some would say extrovert although I am a home bird. I like kind people but being tidy is important to me to keep the home in good order.

Will need references from employer, last landlord and CRB check.

My last tenant was a Junior Doctor from QA Hospital and was used for as a base for shift work as she lived in London. I would prefer a working professional Monday to Friday so midweek only unless due to certain circumstances.

Strictly no smokers. No visitors unless agreed. Must be friendly, clean and respectful. Have a cat and dog but they do not shred.
