Large en suite bedroom on the first floor, king sized bed, wardrobe, and space for desk etc. Shared kitchen and dining/living room with one other tenant, it’s a big house and live in land lord has separate private kitchen and living room. WiFi, sky tv and bills included. Strictly no pets! Although there is room for a horse. Single occupancy, professional person working at location - ie not working from home. Must be polite and considerate.
