Double Bedrooms In Lovely House !!

Hello! I am Alistair and I have 2 lovely rooms available to rent in Eastleigh.

The first is a small double with built in wardrobes, a bed , tv and mirror.

The second is a good size double but currently just has a wardrobe and lacking a bed, a bed can be arranged if one is needed.

I am a live in landlord but to be fair I won’t be home half the time as will be at my girlfriends place but either way you basically have free run of the entire home.

I am looking for someone who is fun to be around but also going to look after the home and treat it with respect and be clean and tidy.

The house offers a lovely, relaxed living room, an open kitchen and dining area, two lovely bathrooms and a large garden with a patio and comfy lounging furniture.

The house is located right next to the train station, so great for commuting or walking into Eastleigh.
It’s right on the edge of Eastleigh so we are not overlooked and have nice walks on our doorstep.
The road also boasts a lovely micro- brewery at the end which has live music and real ales.

I have a dedicated parking spot which can be used in my absence or a permit can be applied for which is quite cheap? Like £30 for a year or thereabouts.

I am looking for someone or a couple of friends who are clean and tidy, sociable, like to hang out and have dinner every now and then as well as enjoying their own space.
