The house is easily accessible to Eastleigh town centre and is about a ten minute walk to Eastleigh train station. Perfect access for Chandlers Ford, Hursley, Chilworth and Winchester.

There are great transport links, easy access to the M27 and M3 and even a bus stop almost outside the house. Also easy access to both Eastleigh and Parkway train stations providing access to London Waterloo in just 1 hour 15 minutes, Eastleigh Bus Station and Eastleigh Airport are within easy reach.

THE ROOM

The room is fully furnished, very large, with a new carpet. It has a big bay window making it lovely and bright and is provided with a luxury double bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers providing loads of storage space to keep all of your belongings up together along with lots of hanging space.

The house is finished to a very high standard and includes a fantastic modern open plan kitchen / diner.
