Single room available to rent full time no short term stays can’t stress this enough. It’s in relaxed environment/professional home located in Eastleigh. Great banter in the house, cleanliness preferred as house is very tidy. Rent is £90 per week with a deposit of £360 upfront. A regular cleaner comes in once a week to clean the shared bathroom and rest of house and the wage is split between the housemates that averages at £15 per person, per month.
