PLEASE. When you contact me, give me some details about you and your situation and why you are moving as these will be the first questions I ask you.

The house to let has 3 bedrooms and 2 receptions. You will be renting the WHOLE house. You will also be responsible for all of the bills.

The house is fully double glazed windows, Modern GAS central heating (new boiler 4 months ago) with a nice modern kitchen with all facilities - Washing machine, Fridge Freeze, NEFF GAS hob...

It has a secure enclosed rear garden with patio area and dark slate flooring. You can gain access through the rear garden to the house, so you can use your bike. Their is also a purpose built secure bike shed, well for bikes !

The people who live either side are very quiet, so you won't be disturbed in this house with children crying or parties next door.

The house also has a large shared loft room for storage, rather than filling your own room. It has nice flooring and is heated with windows.

WiFi throughout the house.
