Large double room in private estate

Large double room available from 07-12-2020. This room is in a 4 bed town house on a private estate in Eastleigh a 10 min walk from the train station.

It is then approx 12 mins into Southampton or 1.15 direct to London Waterloo. The house is very new, is clean and will be kept to a high standard. I am a young professional and am looking to live with other young professionals.

Furnishings:

Double bed with new mattress, double wardrobe, computer desk and chair, set of drawers and bedside cabinet.

Dog lovers are a must as I will have my Yorkie with me part of the week ( she’s hypoallergenic and does not shed hair).
