The accommodation offered is the entire first floor of my townhouse for your use. This includes:-

* A beautiful double bedroom with Queen sized bed and good storage

* A good sized en suite with shower

* Your own living room with comfy sofa, smart tv and desk area

* Private off road parking

This let is for single occupancy only, and is Monday to Friday only. I am looking for a friendly, clean and tidy professional person to share my home with. It is important to me to find the right fit. Ideally, I am looking for someone working away from family.
Please also note, this let is not suitable for those WFH.

Please note I have a cavapoochon dog who is small and friendly.
