The accommodation offered is the entire first floor of my townhouse for your use. This includes:-

* A beautiful double bedroom with Queen sized bed and good storage

* A good sized en suite with shower

* Secondary living room with comfy sofa, smart tv and desk area

* Private off road parking available at a small charge/free on street without permit

This area is for single occupancy only, I am looking for a friendly, clean and tidy professional person to share my home with. It is important to me to find the right fit. Ideally, I am looking for someone working away from family, Monday to Friday. Please also note, this let is not suitable for those WFH.

The house is close to the local shops, restaurants, the sports centre, airport and beautiful lake side gardens. It also enjoys:
