Live in Landlady, lovely Victorian terraced home with 2 bedrooms , big shared bathroom and a lovely
Garden at the back. Offering you a gorgeous double bedroom with back garden view and very cozy atmosphere. 10 min walk to train station and busses, m3 around the corner too, right by swan centre 5 min tucked away from main roads. MUST SEE! Off road parking plenty of it , but requires a paid permit. The house has 2 bedrooms, a big shared bathroom, and a lovely garden, only me living in, sorry I don’t have an en-suite available with the room but big shared bathroom . Don’t spend much time in it :) New built kitchen and new appliances. Room is furnished with a bed and a new mattress bought 2 years ago, wardrobe and chest of drawers, a desk and a TV Screen. You will
need is to bring own bedding and pillows, office chair, hangers etc. Bed has plenty of underneath storage as well! Looking for a lady lodger ONLY, just for ONE single occupier, no couples sorry, professionals, considering responsible students, I am a calm person, very organised and like things tidy, love to have fun and see friends, very easy going and friendly! I am an NHS professional worker wanting to share my Home with someone lovely and friendly, kind and considerate, who is tidy and organised and likes things calm and easy going as well who is respectful of one’s space and a little social.
Sometimes I have friends coming to visit me for an cuppa and other times have dinner with me or do a BBQ. Sometimes family visiting. Really Lovely next door neighbours too and safe neighbourhood. I don’t drink, don’t smoke. No smoking allowed so ideal not a smoker or pets, sorry! My schedule in general is working Monday to Friday, like coming home to just relax in the living, watch something, cook or chill in the garden, see a friend or chat up with family.
