Live in Landlady, lovely Victorian terraced home with 2 bedrooms , big bathroom and a lovely
Garden at the back. Moved in my 1st home a year ago and done a lot of work on it to make it just a bit more lovely! Offering a newly refurbished and painted generous gorgeous double bedroom with garden view and very cozy atmosphere. 5 min walk to train station and busses, right by swan centre. MUST SEE Off road parking plenty of it , but requires a paid permit. The house has 2 bedrooms, a big shared bathroom, and a lovely garden, only me living in, sorry not having an en-suite available for you but no problem in sharing the bathroom. Don’t spend much time in it :) New built kitchen and new appliances. Room is furnished with a bed and a new mattress bought a year ago, wardrobe and chest of drawers, a desk and an office chair. welcome to bring a Tv if wanted. I got a computer screen for you! All
You need is to bring own bedding ,hangers, clothes dryer etc. Bed has plenty of underneath storage as well! happy with a Monday to Friday as well if it suits anybody . Lovely next door neighbours too and safe neighberhood. House is quiet and so am I :) don’t drink, don’t smoke. Prefer someone that is the sameWould Love a pet someday! My schedule in general is working Monday to Friday and atm doing most Saturdays as well, not home during day time but like coming home to just relax in the living, cook or chill in the garden. Would want someone that keeps noise levels down at night time and is a professional/responsible as well, considerate with mutual respect.
