• Bike storage provided in the rear annex
• Located just a few minutes walk from Eastliegh town centre with its plethora of shops (including a Lidl, M&S and Sainsbury's), restaurants, pubs and takeaways, the train station is conveniently locate to commute into Southampton or Winchester.
• Zone 1 parking permits required between Mon - Sat, 8AM-8PM. You should contact the local council to check availability.
TENANCY DETAILS:
• Working professionals females preferred
• Single tenancies ONLY (no couples or sharers)
• Minimum term 6 months
• Rent paid monthly
