Shared family bathroom, lots of living space, good size kitchen/ dinning area usual mod cons and a large rear garden, decking area for bbq's and sitting out with a glass or two. The area itself is very quiet and nicely situated to a good pub with great food, local shops and takeaways etc.

Various bus routes operate close to the house, train station is about 5 mins drive or a 15 minute walk, fleming park gym is around the corner and very easy access to the motorway.

One professional male live in landlord at the property, I am looking for a considerate lodger, clean and respectful, must be working, and references required. Happy for either male or female.
