I have a single room in a 2 bed flat available. I’m currently in the middle of decorating but the room currently includes a single bed, dresser and tv at the moment.
Bathroom and kitchen will be shared with myself, both kept tidy as I like to clean as I go. Use of washing machine as well if needed during the week.
There is use of WiFi and parking in a car park for the block or road parking which is free. No smoking in the building, but smoking allowed outside as long as cigarette butts are disposed of properly.
I work long hours and enjoy coming home to a quiet home in the evenings, which usually include me cooking dinner and chilling for a couple of hours.
Close to both M3 and M27 as well as a short 10 minute walk to the town centre. This has the bus station and train line with direct links to Southampton, Winchester and london.
