Eastleigh Town Centre

Two rooms available in our beautiful home, located just outside the centre of Eastleigh. This is due to me moving in with my partner, but have lived there many years and always loved the house and location.

Located a few minutes away from the train station, giving easy access around Hampshire and to London. All the shops and shopping centre are just over the road, and fortunately our road is tucked away from the noise so it's the best of both worlds.

One spacious room is upstairs, and the other downstairs by the living area. The house is rented privately through the landlord (rather than a HMO) so the home is all shared spaces, icluding the living room, dinning area, kitchen and a decent sized garden.
