I'm looking for someone to rent out my spare room on a part time Mon to Fri basis. The room is a spacious single with a single bed, bedside table, desk and chair.

It would suit a professional working away or a mature student.
The house is walking distance from the train station, Southampton airport and plenty of shops and restaurants. Also close to M27 and M3.

I'm looking for someone who is respectful and clean and tidy. I'm happy to share the living space, there is a living room and dining area.
