Large double room in Eastleigh available 2-4 night

I have a lovely large double room to rent mon-fri. I am looking for a single professional or a mature student (perhaps doing a PHD or on placement). A large bathroom is just across the landing and you will have mainly sole use of this (I may occasionally use the bath). The room has a double bed and sofa in and you are welcome to use some of the hanging space and a drawer or two if needed. There is also space in the bathroom cabinet if you require it.
I am a friendly middle aged lady who works as a radiographer in the local hospital over 3 long days. I am fairly easy going but do ask that you respect my property as I love my home and it is my sanctuary. I am hoping to find someone who requires a room for between 2 and 4 nights a week and I have priced for a minimum of 10 nights per month as this would be my minimal rental. For any nights over this we can negotiate the additional cost.
I am located on a quite road about 5 mins drive from the motorways (M3 and M27) and about a 10 min walk max to Eastleigh train station and bus station. Easy walk to large food shops and the town centre which has a cinema.
I have a nice garden which you are welcome to sit in during the summer and an open kitchen/lounge/diner which you can also use if needed. I can clear some cupboard space in the kitchen for any food you may want to leave here and you are welcome to use any cooking utensils.
