Large double room in Eastleigh available 2-4 night

I have a lovely large double room to rent ideally Mon-Fri (rent would be less than advertised if this were the case). I am looking for a single professional or a mature student (perhaps doing a PHD or on placement). A large bathroom is just across the landing and you will have mainly sole use of this (I may occasionally use the bath). The room has a double bed and sofa in and loads of hanging space and drawers. I also have a desk which could be put in there instead of the sofa if required.
I am a friendly middle aged lady who works as a radiographer in the local hospital full time over 4 days (no nights but long shifts). I am fairly easy going but do ask that you respect my property as I love my home and it is my sanctuary. I am hoping to find someone who requires a room for between 2 and 4 nights a week but would consider full time for the right person.
I am located on a quiet road about 5 mins drive from the motorways (M3 and M27) and about a 10 min walk max to Eastleigh train station and bus station. Easy walk to large food shops and the town centre which has a cinema.
I have a lovely garden which you are welcome to sit in during the summer and an open kitchen/lounge/diner which you can also use if needed. I can clear plenty of kitchen cupboard space for you and you are welcome to use any cooking utensils provided they are well cared for.

This will be my first time at renting so happy to discuss any requirements you may have as this is very much a learning process for me.
