Would suit quiet, tidy and considerate working professional seeking short-term/six months let.

I am the live in, responsible and friendly landlord of this large terraced house very near the park and Eastleigh town centre and train station (6 min walk).

I work away regularly so am seeking two professional house mates who will often have the house to themselves. The secluded garden is available for use. There is a garage for bike storage etc and there is some parking availability.
