Room in family home.

We are looking for a housemate to join our family home, we are a professional couple with a 7 month old son. We are sociable people and would love somebody who is also sociable. We have 2 pets, one is a Rottweiler and the other is a Bengal. So being an animal lover is a must :)

The room itself is a double, with a double bed, very large wardrobe, 40 inch smart TV, and fast WIFI. The rest of the house is lovely, it has a large garden with a bar, fire pit and patio. There is of road parking available 5 nights a week but plenty of road parking when the drive is full. There are 2 separate lounge areas within the house you would be welcome to use, so you’re not just confined to your bedroom, although we would like to keep our lounge to ourselves.

One lounge is in the conservatory and the other is in our large summerhouse at the end of garden, which is air conditioned. There is also a gym you are welcome to use at your leisure. You would be welcome to use the garden during the summer also. We do a food shop once a week and you are welcome to either come in with us and share the cost and cooking duties or you are welcome to do your own thing. We are healthy people and eat mostly whole foods. There is a separate fridge if you want to keep your own food separate if you choose that route.

Ultimately we are looking fora professional female that is looking for a family home.
