Please note, to be completely clear, this is technically a shared house. The only thing you actually have to share is the garden and the laundry facilities which are in the shared space. There are only 3 other rooms (each with their own lounge, kitchenette and bathroom) so you would be sharing this space with up to 3 other couples.
