The heart of the place is the open-plan kitchen and living space - proper integrated appliances, plenty of room to cook, and a comfy TV area that actually gets used. Outside there's a private garden and secure bike storage. Superfast broadband throughout, and shared areas are professionally cleaned every other week.

A friendly, easy-going group of young professionals - sociable when you fancy company, respectful of your space when you don't. Some of the housemates even train at the gym together! We take real care with matching new housemates, which is a big part of why the house works so well.

Five minutes' walk to Eastleigh High Street, the Swan Centre and the train station - Southampton in 10 minutes, Winchester in 15, direct services to London. Southampton Airport Parkway is close by, and the New Forest is on the doorstep for weekends.
