This is a 2-bed property, and has a large master bedroom with en-suite shower/toilet (your room), ‘family’ bathroom with shower over tub, and spacious open plan kitchen/diner/lounge. It is fully furnished; with fridge, washing machine, tumble-drier, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven and 4 ring hob, plus all cutlery, cooking equipment and tableware in the kitchen, dining table with 4-6 chairs, 2x 2-seater sofas, matching footstall, tv table and shelving/display unit. In the bedroom is a king size double bed with bedside tables, chest of drawers and hanging rail. Out in the parking area is an allocated space, just for you, and a plethora of unallocated ‘U’ spaces for other residents and visitors. On the other side of the building is a large grassy shared garden with ‘gym’/play equipment.

Here’s the twist.. the 2nd bedroom will locked and inaccessible to you, as it will be used as a storage area for all of our stuff, while we go travelling around the UK and Europe in our campervan. So essentially 90% of the flat will be yours to roam around as you see necessary. If we ever need to come home, we will give you as much notice as possible and be there for as little time as possible. There is a legal reason for this, which we are more than happy to discuss with you later in the process.
