I have a traditional terraced Victorian house on the main road in Eastleigh. It has good double glazing so is quiet and calm! It is within walking distance to either Eastleigh train stations, the airport, the town or bus stops and the M27/M3. The parking is on the street and you will either need to buy an ebc permit or you can park for free in the car park opposite from 4. 30 pm until 8am the following morning.

The room is In the middle of the property, downstairs, and is very quiet, light and airy. The room is a generous size and has good quality furniture.

There is a shared bathroom, kitchen, lounge. Tv, video, DVD, washing machine etc. The garden is paved, a little sun trap.

The new lodger must have a sense of humour, be easy going but also keep themselves to themselves as the others do.

There are two cats in the property that demand cuddles and will eat your tuna, should you dare to eat it in front of them, but they are house trained otherwise.

Just about to put a new kitchen in and an additional bathroom.
