Furnished double room in 3 bedroom house.

Hi all.

I have a Recently refurbished, Fully furnished double room in a 3 Bedroom terraced house near central Eastleigh available.

I live about 15 minutes walk from Eastleigh Central and Southampton Parkway train stations which makes commuting a doddle.

My girlfriend and I are into cooking, so as long as you like cake we'll get on fine. I enjoy having friends over and entertaining.

I have a cat so no pets please.

All bills are included except any phone calls made. Wired network throughout the house as well as WiFi and broadband.

Parking is on street but is permit controlled so there's never a battle to find a space.

All the usual amenities, no smokers please.
