Double (furnished) room available in a good sized private home in Boyatt Wood area. The house offers a shared living room, kitchen, dinning room, bathroom and garden with patios. The house is in small cul de sac with drive way parking. it is close to the M3, M27 and walking distance into Eastleigh town centre. It enjoys the benefit of open countryside nearby with extensive walking and cycle paths.

The house is modern and in very good condition. I am seeking a professional who is considerate of others and who is clean and tidy, wouldn't mind cleaning up after themselves or sharing the cleanings.

Privacy respected but good sense of humor is essential too. We are very friendly and tidy people. Rent is £400 per month for the double room including all bills ,wireless broadband.

I am a live in land lady but only until next April as i am planning to move abroad. So, there will only be other two house mates plus yourself sharing the property. My daughter who is 25 has a indoor bangle cat. Apart from the cat, we don't have any other animals.
