I have a 3 bedroomed house in Boyatt Wood, Eastleigh and a spare fully furnished double room with wardrobe, curtains, chest of drawers, bed and mattress. I have two bathrooms so you would have your own walk in wet room with shower and toilet.

A large sunny conservatory together with another lounge/dining area opens out to a garden which is a lovely outside space for socialising or just enjoying the outdoors and barbeques.

There is also high speed wifi (5G), washing machine/dryer and off the road parking. The house is close to Boyatt Wood shops with a newsagents, chemist, Co-Op, bakers, doctor/dentist surgeries and a hairdresser.

Eastleigh town centre is a 10-15 minute walk away or take the bus which runs from right outside the close.

New Places Leisure Centre (plus gym and pool) is a short walk away and there are excellent bus/train connections to Winchester (and London) Southampton, Bournemouth, Portsmouth and beyond.

All bills are included in the rent i. e. high speed internet, wi-fi, gas, water, electricity, TV and council tax (band B)

About me - I am busy and outgoing, have a good sense of humour and fun, 2 deaf yet very gentle and companionable cats, am sports mad, love spending time with friends and family a rubbish cook and empathetic by nature.

As I am a single female in the house, a female lodger is preferred.
