A large double room is now available (for one occupier) for rent in the quiet neighbourhood of Boyatt Wood in Eastleigh. It is above average size at 3. 0mX3. 5m in size. It comes fully furnished which can be adapted to your requirements. The pictures give a guide to the size but better pictures will follow.

The house is located close to bus link, 15-minute walk to Eastleigh Railway Station and town centre, easy access to M27, M3 motorways and direct train line to London Waterloo (just over 1 hour). Close to Hedge End and Southampton.

The room is available from Mid to late August.

This part of Eastleigh has the benefit free roadside parking.

The monthly rent is £400 (all inclusive) plus £250 deposit. This includes all bills, free broadband, full use of kitchen, living room, washing machine, drier and other things that are not generally provided in a standard shared house.

I am a married live-in landlord who is easygoing and works long hours. I spend a lot of time away from home but I am easily contacted via phone and e-mail. My wife is usually at home. We are all friendly and helpful. It suits a working professional who is looking for somewhere quiet, private and pleasant to live.

Although this is an old-style house, it has a newly installed kitchen and the room is fresh, spacious and fully furnished. The solid walls also aid the quietness.

The room will be made available to any prospective lodger upon payment of a returnable deposit. Rent is paid monthly in advance at the beginning of each calendar month.

Potential occupier must have proven employment and work references are preferred. No smoking and no pets. STRICTLY NO DSS OR COUPLES- PLEASE DO NOT ASK.

The house is ready for viewing from Saturday 16th August.
