The lady who lives in this house has been here on her own for over three years. This is a three bedroom house and it will only be you and the other lady in the house, we will not be renting the last room.
She has a lovely dog called Leo and she is a dog walker. So, as a filtering process you will need to love Dogs. From time to time she will also have Dog friends visit ... As I say, you will need to like dogs.
She would prefer to live with another lady of a similar age.
The house is really quite economic to run and the current tenant is keeping all the bills as low as she can and would be looking for similar from the new tenant.
Happy with either a 5 day week work away from home person or a all week long person.
